Because when i was exchangeing my jordan super fly4 and i wanted to get nike lebron 12s they did not have it .It shows online but not in store.

I then said, "Sir I'm sorry but you are caring more about a potential customer that has not came into your store, nor purchased anything." "I have my receipt here with me as proof that I am a paying customer."

He then said, "Honestly I don't care what you have but, I ain't going to give a strap".

I did not like the fact that Eli was rude to me when I called the store and then rushed me off the phone. Worst customer service.

He then said rudely, "No, I am NOT going to do that because another customer will have a missing strap."

DON'T EVER order anything from this store!! I had order some Jordan because they didn't have my size on a specific shoes I really wanted. When I went to pick up my Jordans that I had already purchased. Upon opening the at this location I noticed that one shoe of the Jordans that cost me $120 did NOT have strap.

He then looked and confirmed that the strap was missing and said, "the only thing I can do is order it which would take about 3 days to get here".

My first stop for running shoes and second stop after Foot Locker when looking for baskeball shoes. The staff is great and they're friendly. The selection is great and would definitely go here.

I won't ever purchase any shoes​ from​ this store ever again. I hope anybody else gets treated the way I did, after being a paying customer.

"You are going to have to come back to this store and pick up the strap in 3 days."

I then kindly asked him "is there anyway that you could take a strap from another shoe from the back and as soon as the strap comes in 3 days replace it please?"

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

When I asked the employee kindly, "Hey i don't mean to bug you but, do you happen to know why is it that one shoe has a missing strap?"
